FAQ

Practical answers about bids, points, cancellations, claims and delayed data.

#Bidding and selling

Does a bid follow the market price?
No. A preset such as −10% calculates a fixed price when you place the bid. To change that price, cancel and place a new bid.
Can a bid fill only partly?
Yes. Purchased tokens arrive in your wallet; the unfilled SOL remains in the bid at the original price.
Can I cancel during a pause?
Yes. Cancellation remains available during a mint or program pause. A transaction already confirmed before the cancellation cannot be reversed.
Will the keeper fill me when price touches my bid?
There is no guarantee. The keeper must be enabled, funded and able to execute a profitable route. A holder can also fill your bid directly.
Does a direct fill move the market chart?
The fill exchanges tokens and SOL against a bid account, not the market pool. It does not directly change that pool's price.

#Points and claims

Why is my bid earning zero?
It may be warming up, too far below the reference price, on an ineligible coin, paused or affected by delayed data. Compare the current rules on Points.
Why is Claim disabled?
You may have no allocation yet, the operator may have paused rewards, or your wallet may not support message signing. The card shows the relevant state.
Do I have to claim every day?
No. Unclaimed allocations accumulate and the current implementation gives them no expiry. One claim collects all currently claimable allocations.
Why did my points not become SOL?
The close may be in preview mode, the wallet may be below the minimum allocation, or points may still be under review. Unexchanged eligible points can carry forward.
My claim timed out. Should I claim again?
Check the shown transaction and refresh the status. A transfer may still be confirming. The service locks allocations during a claim and reconciles uncertain transfers before releasing them.
Does holding the BID token increase my points?
There is no holding multiplier in the current points formula. Bids, their eligibility and the published settings determine the rate.

#Data and balances

Why are some market values missing?
Sources do not cover every coin equally and can be rate-limited. A dash can mean unavailable data. SOL amounts of zero also display as a dash; use the field context rather than interpreting every dash as a reported zero.
My transaction confirmed but the page is unchanged.
Indexing is asynchronous. Check the transaction link, refresh, and allow the indexer to catch up before assuming the action failed.
Why did I receive less rent than expected?
Bid account rent returns when that account closes. Token account rent is separate and may remain in your token account. Network fees are spent, not returned.
