Rug Guard
An on-chain pause for a coin. It can stop new bids and fills after a risk signal while leaving cancellation available.
#A pause enforced on chain
Rug Guard is a per-coin pause in the BID program. While it is active, new bids and fills for that mint are blocked. Existing owners can still cancel and recover the remaining funds in their bid accounts.
#What the worker watches
For coins with open bids, the worker checks changes in the creator's token balance and the coin's liquidity. The default signals are a creator balance decrease larger than 5% of supply, or a liquidity drop larger than 50% within five minutes. Operators can change these thresholds.
A balance decrease is a signal, not proof of a sale. If automatic pausing is disabled, the worker reports the signal for operator review instead of sending a pause transaction. An authorized guardian or administrator can also set a manual pause.
